What is the return policy?

At Lilly Dukes, we stand behind every product we make. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we want to make it right.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or replacement.
Simply contact us at info@lillydukes.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience, and our support team will take care of the rest.
In most cases, you won’t need to return the product.
For low-cost items or lightly used products, we typically issue a full refund or send a replacement without requiring the item to be shipped back.
If a return is needed:
The product must be sent back within 14 days of your return authorization.
We will provide simple return instructions.
Return shipping is covered by us for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping depending on the situation.
Refund processing:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, just send us a clear photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost—no return required.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Items such as :

When will I get my order?
Every Lilly Dukes product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and premium quality.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high-demand periods, fulfillment may require an additional 2–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email or text, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the good ole' USA.
We try to source vendors for our containers and packaging in the USA as well (when it is possible).
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value which help keeps costs low and Amercian workers employed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Orders over $30 ship free within the U.S.
U.S. Shipping (Orders Under $30)
Shipping rates range from $4.95 to $9.95 depending on weight, distance, and carrier (USPS or UPS). Exact rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries ONLY. Rates vary by location and weight but generally range between $12–$25 for small packages. Customers are responsible for any customs/duties your country may require.
